Your customers flock to you, because you promise them you handle their data with utmost care. You have shown them with words and actions that you really do. You go even as far that you'll never touch their data in plaintext.

And then some dude from marketing (or whatever) comes along, claiming that because everyone else does #AI, you would need to as well, "to write those emails that they didn’t want to write and the recipient didn’t want to read."
