     Israel has an obligation to cease all new settlement activity, repeal all legislation creating discrimination, all measures aimed at modifying the demographics of territory, provide full reparation (restitution, compensation and or satisfaction)

     Restitution: return the land, assets, cultural property. Evacuation and dismantelling of all settlers and allow return of Palestinians If the Restitution is impossible, Israel must compensate all natural or legal persons having suffered damage

     UN Member States are under obligation not to recognise changes of the territory occupied by Israel. All states are under obligation not to recognise as legal Israeli presence or render aid or assistance in maintaining its illegal presence

     All intl orgs must not recognise occupation as legal

     All states under obligation to not recognises the occupation as legal

     Israel presence in OPT is unlawful & must bring to an end occupation & evacuate ALL settlers

     The United Nations has voted 124-14 in support of the International Court of Justice ruling, demanding Israel withdraw from its occupation of Palestine.

     Resolution orders action including an arms embargo & sanctions against the Israeli government.

     43 abstentions.
