   Bob Newhart, the iconic comedian and sitcom star, has died at age 94. Born in 1929 in a Chicago suburb, he trained as an accountant and worked as a copywriter before unexpectedly having a hit comedy album at nearly 30. He went on to sell millions of albums, star in two hit sitcoms, win three Grammy Awards and two Emmys, and the Mark Twain Prize for American Humor. Here's NBC's tribute to him.
