   @badnetmask I personally value privacy too much to be able to have peace of mind.

   Prusa gives you the same, but with privacy.

   Not trying to start an argument, just felt that context was missing. If you knew already, feel free to ignore.

     Say whatever you want about #BambuLab #3DPrinting: proprietary, enshitificating, too expensive, whatever. But one thing it gave me that is totally worth it: peace of mind.

     My printer is in my office. I can choose to not print while working. I can start a print and go to sleep. I can relax knowing the print will come out exactly as I expected, the first time.

     You might say "one day, everything fails", and you're not wrong. Eventually it will fail majestically.

     But until then, I don't worry.
