  Yes! You can manually add additional domains to passwords, but more importantly, when you choose to fill a password on a domain it isn’t saved for, you’ll be prompted to attach the new domain to the password. https://hachyderm.io/@mattly/112804732930632989

  Some people missed this and I think it’s a big deal: the Passwords app on iOS 18 and macOS Sequoia allows you to save passwords without a website! It even allows you to import them from other password managers! When adding passwords, you can specify a website or a custom label, like “Router”, "Passport Number”, or “Garage Door”.
  If you try importing your passwords before macOS Sequoia, you’ll run into this limitation. Hold tight—your brighter day will come. :) https://mastodon.social/@maddox/112802975432717333

    Does anyone on iOS 18 beta know if you can add passwords to the Passwords app without also adding a URL? This is currently a limitation on Passwords right now. Worse, it won't even import passwords that don't have URLs attached. Apple realizes that there's passwords that….might not have a URL attached right? If this is still the case, this is yet another year where a silly deal breaker keeps me from migrating.
