     @jcalpickard Ooh, it does.

     That post is making me reflect on my previous job a lot too. About teambuilding as a collective exercise, but always within the confines of a (small) company hierarchy. Still processing it, but nice to discover a strand of the journey from there to now that I hadn't really realised before.

     @jcalpickard Ah yeah, the Zen and Permaculture one? Can't remember if I still have a copy... But yeah, the balance between caring for the "Earth" and the "People" is important - as is the interdependency between these two, which is the same as within a company I think (especially if working on a codebase).
