      #SheldonWhitehouse and a slew of other Democratic Senators have cosponsored a bill establishing terms limits for Supreme Court Justices. This is just one version of the idea, but since it already has traction with Senate Democrats, it is worth a closer look as a harbinger of what Biden may be willing to get behind.
