   The CA #law, signed on Mon by Gov #GavinNewsom, a #Democrat, bans #school districts from requiring #teachers to notify parents if their children change their #gender identification.

   “This is the final straw,” #Musk posted on X. It is “attacking both families & companies.” He added that he had previously warned the #California governor of such consequences.

     #ElonMusk Says He Will #Move X & #SpaceX Headquarters to #Texas

     The #SocialMedia & rocket companies are headquartered in #California, which the billionaire criticized for its recent #transgender #legislation.

     #Musk said on Tues that he would move the HQs of 2 of his businesses in protest against a new #law designed to protect transgender children.
