     @meeper@udongein.xyz IME you can get pretty far being bad at combos but knowing your opponent well enough.
     
     Low ranks are very predictable too and can't pressure well enough

     @iska suck at fighting games hate the action commands hate the combos
     
     took a while to get somewhat okay on platform fighters but traditionals are hard

     @iska @meeper same thing with stuff like puyo, you can get very far with low combos just by being smart about it and knowing when and where you pressure your opponent
