I think my form is fucked. Was doing dips today and I think I overextended

@matty @synapsid it can happen. what I've had to do more than once is drop a lot of weight and just slow down the movements. When you drop a lot it should be super easy to focus on that.
I try to do breathing, start position, end position and watching how the bar moves

Don't feel bad if you have to take it easy for a little while, "working through it" can make it worse. Just go hard on leg day for a while 💪
