   I feel like we'd have better discourse about the whole adtech thing if we just renamed everything that could cause a browser to perform any network I/O from a web page to be called "privacy destroying ad attribution". <img privacy-destroying-ad-attribution="..."> instead of <img src="...">, and so on.

     @glyph HTTP Referrer was a mistake (that we now depend on to prevent XSS attacks and to secure reverse proxies).
