     Again for the millionth time: PA is a closed primary state, so to vote in a primary you have to register for that party. There isn't an open primary. Democrats and even programs like The View asked people to switch parties to try and beat Trump in the primary by voting for Haley.

     Haley won VT with these types of Democrat votes for example.
