Are the new users commenting on server loads and lag aware that a five-digit number of accounts registered on this relatively small server, an unprecedented and wholly unexpected number, within a week?

Also, this platform, not this instance, has been around for over a decade. This instance started in May 2017, and is not a replacement for commercial Twitter.
