@arossp Well, there's some nuance.
People can choose to hide their "social graph" so that their following/followers list are private.
However, if there's some that don't do this, you go to their profile, click the "..." and then click "Open Original page".
That should open a new tab with the profile on their instance, which should allow you to browse their social graph, if it is public.
