🔸Once in a while a letter arrives from a newly arrived accounts manager introducing herself and without fail trying to persuade me to experience the "convenience" of mobile and/or online banking. Inevitably the letter gets filed under a pile of various bumph never to see light of day again as I have no confidence in banking over the internet being secure.
