   My son is starting to read science fiction. So far, he read Solaris, The War of the Worlds, Brave New World, and now 1984.

   What are other great #scifi novels that are (maybe even better) suited for a young teenager?

     Isaac Asimov's short stories on positronic robots caught my attention in my teens, for life. I got a 600-page book titled "We, Robots" (but in Portuguese) with many stories that I read and reread over and over. depending on his age and local culture, it may be too soon for some of the novels, but I've grown very fond of them as well.
