   My HOA would require residents to keep at least 17 pieces of "flair" on their property. I would use your yard as the example.

     Apparently this house is next to an HOA, they aren’t part of the HOA.
     The HOA tried to fine them for working on an RV in their yard.

     This is their retaliation 😂😂
     They broke every rule of the HOA that they don’t belong to.

     Gotta love it!
