Stardew Valley fans tend to read a bit too much into things, and that's fair enough, goes with the territory.

One detail being discussed here and there: two characters are calling the third their aunt and the more you think about it, the less sense it makes.

...unless you're from the part of the world (e.g. Eastern Europe) where it's common to call an unrelated adult friend of the family "aunt" or "uncle".

Cultural differences can really have an impact on your reading of a given text!
