     #Putin was recently arguing on #Russian TV (again) that #Ukraine doesn’t exist based on a 17th century map:

     1) it clearly says "Ukraine" on the map

     2) #Russia, in contrast, is not a sovereign nation,

     3) The settlement destined to eventually become #StPetersburg still belongs to #Sweden
