I spent a good chunk of the afternoon freaking out about a Very Stressful Thing (definitely not helped by lack of sleep and extra caffeine to compensate). I forced myself to go outside and walk in the woods (even though it's smokey and hot, it's still better than sitting-in-front-of-computer-stress-spiral)
Gosh I feel so much better now. Just a periodic reminder that exposing yourself to plants in some way really boosts mental health.
