   The people have spoken and the Midwest comes out as the top U.S. region whose publications people would like to see in the fediverse. Who's to say if that's because of a genuine Midwest dominance, or because we accidentally missed the whole region from our original poll and the residents of Illinois, Milwaukee et al. banded together for some tactical voting (it's VERY fashionable right now)?

   Thanks so much to all who voted and suggested papers (feel free to keep commenting with ideas). Our topics team is hunting down RSS feeds and we're reaching out to the publications you're mentioning in order to make Flipboard — and ultimately, the fediverse — as diverse, interesting, informative and inspiring as possible.
