     @sun it might as well be OP, but it's somehow included in a thread, we just need to be sure, or at least have human input to mark instances as "blocks us" so both backend and frontend can act accordingly

     (by number of profiles which interact directly with the post (react, reply, repost))

     No it doesn't, inboxes still return "ok" upon request even if remote server is doing MRF reject.
