   I can't help but wonder why anyone would buy a Chromebook? Just buy a laptop and then pay $1000 to Google. You have more functionality AND a "Chromebook" all in one!

   Chromebook is literally a physical chrome browser...you're paying money for a chrome browser that you can carry around...🤦♂️

     @BeAware I briefly worked helpdesk at a community college and I'd be cautious too. The older ones don't even have the play store and the newer ones seem to have absurdly low system resources. Some of them have 2-4gb ram. What are you doing with that exactly?

     @BeAware I bought one because it was cheap and I was using Google Stadia on it until it was decommissioned 😂 I just don’t have the funds to buy anything that expensive. I would love to buy a desktop but like I said it’s way out of budget currently.

     @BeAware this was like 5 years ago when I got it. I’m not a big gamer or anything anymore so no need for a pc I use and old laptop for school when I need to run windows stuff and it manages.
