     Biden tells Stephanopoulos "who’s going to be able to hold NATO together like me? ... a good way to judge me, is you’re going to have now the NATO conference here in the United States next week. Come listen. See what they say."

     And the press obliges him by going to NATO leaders to farm anonymous quotes about how he's falling apart.

     Not doing himself any favors. I hope somebody somewhere is thinking about how to stage manage Kamala's ascension.
