   If you make $50,000 per year, $36 of your taxes goes to food stamps. $4,000 goes to corporate subsidies.

   If the $36 upsets you more than the $4,000, then you hate poor people -- not socialism."

     @grrlscientist People say this word like it's some sort of magical evil curse, like they were saying "communism" in the 50s but now they can't use that so socialism is the next best thing. They cannot define it I guarantee it.
