Pleroma-tan (kirby@lab.nyanide.com)'s status on Friday, 05-Jul-2024 17:56:04 JST Pleroma-tan I mean it's probably pretty obvious, because word usage is likely part of style. But I'm retarded and now I'm going to go write code to see if this reveals anything interesting. -

:ihavenomouth: (inginsub@clubcyberia.co)'s status on Friday, 05-Jul-2024 17:59:53 JST :ihavenomouth: @kirby almost 100% yes, if you include word frequency, common errors, and grammatical structures. It's very likely possible to identify a person by word frequency alone if the sample is big enough, and I won't be surprised if "big enough" is not actually that big Pleroma-tan likes this. -

𓆑 (munt@clubcyberia.co)'s status on Friday, 05-Jul-2024 18:56:21 JST 𓆑 @Inginsub @kirby only if they don't think in english
eg, "they" in the sentence above could be "he" for gendered language speakers, i couldve not used the apostrophe, or i couldve capitalized the sentence etc, and people who think in their language and then translate it when they type wouldn't consider all these combinations
you could fake your nationality with this
