#WordWeavers Day 27: Do you ever mention writing or reading in your stories?
That's one I'll find out as I go!

#WordWeavers Day 28: Is money an issue or a perk for your MCs?
More of an issue than a perk. They're all in the middle-class income range, meaning that while they're not desperate, they nonetheless have trouble saving enough to have any buffer for emergencies. Like too many Americans, they're all basically one medical emergency away from being homeless, but like not nearly enough Americans, they don't worry about where their next meal is coming from.
#WordWeavers Day 25: Are your MCs privileged in any way in their world?
I mean, practically everyone's privileged in *some* way(s)... frex, 4 of my 5 MCs are able-bodied. Even if 2 of those are queer women or enbies of color, that gives them able-bodied privilege that the other MC doesn't have.
The most privileged is David, who despite being gay and Jewish, is nonetheless an able-bodied, well-educated, middle-class, handsome white guy.
#WordWeavers Day 24: Do your antagonists have any unusual quirks?
I'm not sure what would qualify, besides maybe Travis Winter's butterfly-collecting hobby. (Which isn't really all that weird, honestly.)
#WordWeavers Day 23: Do you prefer writing likable or unlikable characters?
I feel like I should say something about how fun unlikable ones are, but… okay, first off, I don't know yet. I'll find out as I write the book what it's like to write characters of any sort. But honestly, I suspect I'm going to enjoy writing the likable ones a lot more (and I'll have to get past that to make the unlikable ones vivid and deep).
