     TERM LIMITS FIR THE SUPREME COURT. 10 years, then they must be replaced, starting with justice that have has the longest term, then stagger it until you have replaced them all for new justices with the 10 year term.

     with a 10-year term for the supreme court, a reelected president would get to appoint a supermajority of the supreme court.
     supreme courts are supposed to be less susceptible to such short-term partisan circumstances, even when that makes them contra-majoritary
