     the main obstacle to civil war is that the Democratic leadership will basically acquiesce to the fascist putsch, like when SCOTUS appoints Trump President the Democratic Party will be talking about "peaceful transfer of power" while police murder protestors in the streets.

     On the state level, california, New York etc. probably will see a lot of resistance or even talk of succession but the DNC are basically a bunch of GOP plants anyway
