   @jeridansky Damn. All I have had time to read before now didn't say anything about an evidence privilege in the decision. That is totally fucked. (We can see how that hamstrings prosecution in the current Menendez prosecution, because anything Menendez did as part of his Senator duties can't be introduced in evidence.)
