     @kaia Anything without carbs/sugar/oils.
     Icecream can be a good snack if you do it yourself (it's mainly animal fat), cheese, hard boiled eggs with butter mayo, dried meat, patée, salted pork, some nuts (pistachio having he less carbs) etc...
     
     But when I think of snack the first thing that comes to mind is anything sugar, like a snickers 😢
