   how much of a red flag would it be in a software dev interview where they ask about one of your faults to answer that i want to refactor things with group approval to match the business domain more closely and get rid of tech debt and coding smells than most developers usually do

     i think i want to make sure that i don't come across as one of those devs that's an asshole about any code that isn't the "1000% idiomatic way!" like narcissistic python devs or whatever

     maybe business people would just hear "my weankness is that the code i write is TOO GOOD" and get cronge but like, what else are they really fishing for besides like "my greatest weankness with prostituting myself capitalistically is that i can never prostitute my capitalistic labor ENOUGH" or something
