I wanted to make sure the Elgato 4K60 still works after a firmware update. Everything seems to be good, except the PS5 being a lost cause. So I'll just transfer my Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak progress back to my PS4 after checking it with the capture card.

Okay, so I tried swapping the input cable that I was using for the splitter to the console with the HDMI cable that came with the PS5. Now the system is showing up for the Elgato and in OBS. 🤨

The monitor suddenly works as well. Except the colors are quite desaturated, especially compared to what shows up in OBS. Eh, I guess it was as simple as needing to use a different HDMI wire after the update? I'll still probably switch to the PS4.

My save data has been transferred to the PS4. I just need to remember to upload it to the PSN cloud when I'm done so I can send it back to the PS5 for offline play. Otherwise, tomorrow's MHR stream is good to go.
