   Cat update:
   We've decided to name the cat we catch Hime. She is still very skittish and scared, but getting better. Tomo's mom brought her to the vet and the vet said she's 6 months old, which means she's probably Mugi's littermate. She got her vaccines and she'll get fixed on Tuesday.

     An interesting development though...
     Tomo and I walked around the neighborhood and spotted 4 cats just on one street! So we started talking to an obaachan and she said the cats belonged to the house behind her. She said they have so many cats and they don't get them fixed so they keep having babies and she's seen some get hit by cars and die in front of her house. 😰
     The conclusion we've come to is that they're stray cats that these people feed and probably don't keep in their house.

     We told the obaachan that we have Himechan in our house and where to find us, but no one came to talk to us and no one tried to find Hime or Mugi. So they must just be stray cats being fed by the people in that house.
     Either way, I don't feel bad taking them in and getting them fixed and taken care of to live spoiled lives with us.
     After we catch Yuzu, we'll probably call an NPO to hopefully do TNR on the rest of the colony.

     @dandelionwine I didn't, but I think some wards do pay a portion. Thankfully Tomo's parents are covering all the vet costs. ❤️
