   @tphinney It's likely going to be legally challenged and may not happen due to the end of Chevron that SCOTUS ruled yesterday.

   There's a reason why it hadn't got the attention it deserved.

     Spread the word: the FTC made a ruling making all new (and most existing) noncompete agreements illegal, effective September 4, 2024.

     I am surprised this has not gotten more (social?) media attention.
