     @carnage4life A while back I happened to look into it and was horrified to find that *all* the drugs were about messing with appetite, as if people who want to lose weight but can't are sinfully eating too much and need to stop or aren't entitled to enjoy food, rather than, like, actually addressing the underlying metabolic problems.

     @carnage4life Is there a new one? That whole market is so awful...
