     @Norobiik (I don't think Russia would be particularly interested in Taiwan, actually, but if China did make a move, Russia would see an opportunity to "stand with its ally" and take a few more northern islands and perhaps Hokkaido at the same time. The North Koreans might have something to say as well. It'd be a massive mess.)

     @Norobiik Japan may well do, if it's not decimated first in a conflict between combined Russian and Chinese forces attempting to seize Taiwan, and U.S. forces resisting from Japan and South Korea 😱 (Where did I put my passport?)
