   Think about how crazy it is that your doctor can decide you need a test, and a person with no medical experience can decide you don't need it, because it's expensive, and your insurer doesn't want to pay for it. They have a name for this, it's Practicing Medicine Without a License, and it's a crime.

     @RickiTarr @donkeyblam While I'm not convinced of several of the dynamics involved with the general licensing system (in large part the statism), actively/officially countermanding a state-approved licensed care order /should/ be seen as that, yes.
