     THANKS, JOE! An illegal immigrant from Turkey is accused of raping a 15-year-old New York girl in his car after threatening to beat her with a pipe. Sakir Akkan, 21, forced the girl into his green Toyota Prius on May 14 but was not captured until June 18.
