SERIOUS POST: so it's well known now that certain ethnic groups form favoritism networks to support their people in getting jobs and stuff. This is of course highly illegal when White people do it. For the rare Indian that disavows ethnic patronage only a few will actually say anything about it in public, and when they do the complaint fall on deaf ears.
Contrast that to our situation - if White people try to do anything that benefits ourselves, there's no insurance that (((fellow whites))) or shitlibs won't blow it up and try to ruin the lives of everyone involved. So what we need is anonymity and decentralization. We have that to varying degrees here on the fediverse and elsewhere, but we don't use it to help eachother out.
Here's a dilemma: you work at a large company and have little influence over the hiring process. HR is hellbent on hiring incompetent pajeets. Obviously they need to keep a few competent White guys on staff to keep the lights on, so you refuse to be blackpilled and say wypipo shouldn't bother applying. It's to your benefit to help your brothers out and get /ourguys/ in there as much as you can in your limited role. Maybe you don't influence hiring but you got hired so obviously you know *something*, and you can also provide tips/coaching on tailoring the resume, points to hit on the interview, etc. Maybe you also have more of an inside scoop on what positions are open and which managers are less likely to take the H1B auto-hires.
So how do we share this information in our groups, in at least a semi-vetted way, while also preserving anonymity to the level that the job poster and potential applicant require? (This probably means saying goodbye to recruitment bonuses but I would gladly forego the $100 to work with a decent White guy)

@BronzeAgeHogCranker there is plenty of room in small business for this practice, and it happens every day ona practical level, but there is a dirth of motivated young whites who understand the problem and work within those areas to improve the situation, and not enough older whites identify and support white businesses, or even sacrifice to stop supporting anti whites. those are problems that can be addressed.
you aren't gonna wink wink your way through this in corporate America, hard stop.

yeah... I'm broadly supportive of things like Exit Group, which is getting guys out of W-2 employment, and to a lesser extent helping guys who choose to remain at bigcorps to build networks and influence in there. But the deck is stacked against us. I just think we need to start thinking about doing what we can. Like yeah you're not gonna convince HR to let you put together the Hyperborean Dream Team, but maybe you can smooth the path ever so slightly for a brother. It's gotta be nearly anonymous though because otherwise almost nobody is going to chip in

@BronzeAgeHogCranker talked to a youth the other day. his brother was going to be a lawyer.
kids like 10 years old and I got him thinking does the world need more inside men or is not breaking free really just letting the system win.
it's a hard question, but he understood the gravity and complexity of the problem just from a minor talk.
I basically said if your gonna go down that path, make sure it means more than the token more awake nurses many of my friends wives are becoming, cause that is a needle in a haystack of problems.
Or make enough money you can get out and do something really meaningful.
It's a long march through the institutions and it's the road warrior the whole trip
