     @yukiame I mean if they wanted too they could've wasted him a long time ago or let him rot in that prison the rest of his life. I'm sure there are other reasons for this turn of events- whether it's for the current administration to score brownie points ahead of Thursday's debate or to get legal precedence on the books for the future when others do what he did.
