     the fundamental problem is that

     1. the $usd is a credit-based monertary system that prints money into existence by taking a credit.
     2. billionaires get very good conditions in their contracts. they can basically print free money.
     3. media companies are funded by billionaire credits and don't have to be profitable anymore
