     She's Natsumi Suga (須賀 夏美 Suga Natsumi) from Makoto Shinkai's "Weathering with You."

     I mistakenly had her picture in the wrong folder.

     Correct author, artist, and director as "Your Name", but different movie; "Weathering with You."
