     A #reminder that especially with the very #hot #weather recently, and for #conditions like this in the #future, to take care of yourself. Keep yourself cool; drink #water, avoid dark colored, baggy, thick, or lots of clothing. And for your living space, if you do not have a well insulated or air conditioned living space, #open up your #windows and use fans to keep the #airflow.
