Artists exist on the periphery, on the border of misanthropy and insanity. We are consummate outsiders, always observing but rarely engaging. Scientists, in my opinion, are the flip side of the same coin. They are unconventional thinkers, searching for truth, working outside the norms, and rejecting the status quo. The only difference is they use math and science rather than words, music, or paint. But it’s the same psycho.
