Wow, it looks like Qualcomm actually pulled it off. The Snapdragon X Elite gets similar performance as an M3 MacBook or Intel Core Ultra 9 185H, long battery life, and minimal fan noise.
I would probably get one of these if I wanted a PC laptop right now. No Linux support right now, though. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rSx0WZfDbE0
