   @HannahHowe Unfortunately Labour looks a lot like the Torys these days, what with welcoming Tory MP's, adopting Tory policies & refusing to promise a repeal the more draconian Tory legislation

   So this landslide is probably going to give us continuity Tory government with a red rosette rather than positive change & hope for the future

     Based on historical trends, Labour is on target for a 20 point victory. They achieved their 1997 landslide with a 12.5% advantage. If these trends and the opinion polls are right, always a big if, the general election could well produce a historic result.
