   Despite the fact that I pay hundreds of dollars per year to subscribe to the Press Democrat, their "security" service blocks any and all access coming from India. Because, of course, all India and Indians are a security threat to this newspaper in their minds.

     I'm guessing that if I was trying to log in from Europe or Australia it would be fine, but that all of Africa is also blocked. Because, you know, security.

     Yup. My brother is in England and he gets the page just fine (and he doesn't pay $252.90 per year like I do!). Yes, I know about VPNs. That's not the point.
