   Whenever I've written code I've always done it in a really uncomfortable environment where like the laptop shakes mildly while typing. Then I set the laptop down on a proper desk (not a fuckin dinner table) and it's like wow this feels so awesome

     if your company/anyone you know's company is moving ask if you can buy a desk, industrial desks are rock solid

     @burner @kirby Or just ask if you can have one since oftentimes companies have to pay someone to haul away used office furniture.

     @burner @kirby god I want one, but I have rn for my main computer room a sauer desk I got from the return auction and assembled. It's not perfect but it's rock solid for being particleboard furniture.
