     He should have done this ~2 years ago, because now undocumented immigrants will not participate because they are worried that the next administration will use it to deport them.

     @clacke @mr_dada_doedoe One is about those not yet in the country, the other is about those who have been here for years, a part of our society, who should not be deported and should be allowed to stay here.
